1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped/processed.
- Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- For customized or personalized products, cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed and processing has started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and registered contact details.
2. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only.
3. Cancellation by Lextar Store
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment not completed or flagged as suspicious
- Delivery not possible to your location
- Any technical or operational issue
In such cases, the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Refund After Cancellation
- If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days (or as per your bank/payment provider) to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Orders that have already been shipped

- Cancellation requests after shipment will not be accepted. You may need to refer to our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable).
